What is Micro-Infusion?
The AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ micro-infusion facial uses a tiny micro-channeling device to inject a special elixir of strategically blended, skin-enhancing ingredients into the superficial layer of the skin. For example, if combined with injectable hyaluronic acid filler, it will result in tiny amounts of hyaluronic acid being deposited in the dermo-epidermal junction, where it attracts skin hydration and makes the skin look dewy and plump. It can be applied to most of the skin on the face, rather than only in certain specific sites as with traditional injections.

At ORGANIQUE, our master aesthetician creates an injectable blend based on your specific skincare needs. Once the ingredients are all blended, she gently stamps the tiny needles over your face to deliver the serum, even in the typically hard-to-reach areas like under the eyes.

Micro-Infusion vs. Micro-Needling
The AQUAGOLD® device places tiny microdroplets of skincare products directly into your skin via hollow needles that are filled with low doses of pharmaceutical-grade, injectable serums. They are then stamped into your skin at a shallow, consistent depth.

Whereas micro-needling’s intended use is to wound or stimulate the skin at a greater depth, creating micro-injuries, and therefore, it requires a numbing agent to reduce the pain associated with the procedure. Instead of being stamped into the skin at a consistent depth, micro-needling depth can vary and is technique-dependent, allowing for greater risk of injury, scarring or bleeding. Micro-needling also does not deliver an ingredient directly into the skin, like the AQUAGOLD® does; instead, it is manually massaged onto the skin by hand after the needling procedure.
